Probably stress: All of these symptoms can be due to stress. You should also check your blood pressure, which can be done at most pharmacies. In my experience regular exercise helps with these symptoms. Other types of stress control help as well.

Chaotic: This could be symptoms from stress and its effect on your body and/or the lack of restful sleep. Increase stress can also affect your hormone levels and balance and all of the above can affect migraine frequency. Also, you are at an age where you might be having a drop in your sex hormone levels due to aging and lifestyle, another factor involved in all of this.
