No,...: Are they new and increasing in size and number? If so, it is most likely warts. Note: the hpv-exposed men wouldn't always develop warts; if developed, it is usually in 2-3 months after exposure to hpv, almost always sex-related although very rare autoinnoculation from non-genital sites does exist. So, see doc timely.
