I had keyhole appendectomy 3 weeks ago, the bellybutton scar is a bit puckered & there's a hard lump under the scar at right end. will this lump go away?

Most likely...: After a surgical procedure there is always healing tissue forming and it may be swollen and hard at one point. It usually resolves after a few weeks. However in some cases hard tissue may remain and stays there permanently. If the surgery is very recent it is hard to tell how it will finally heal. If very concerning make sure you f/u with your surgeon.
