No ovulation?: If your pregnancy test was done on a first morning urine specimen, a negative test means that your symptoms are not due to pregnancy. Many pregnancy symptoms can occur when a woman doesn't ovulate, so that's likely the case. If you wish to become pregnant, i would see your doctor.
