More than pinching: If all is proceeding together, you have a bigger issue than a "pinched nerve", and you are describing a problem developing in the lower spinal cord or at the base of the lumbosacral cistern, perhaps a "filum terminale syndrome". Contact a neurologist and get this addressed.
