Allergy on face: They might. Allergy to topical antibiotics is common. The question is why you were using a topical antibiotic on your face in the first place? Yeast infections, allergic dermatitis (such as contact dermatitis), and acne can all cause pigment issues if not taken care of properly. I recommend seeing a dermatologist.
