Hard to tell: Your profile states that you are young but have had heart surgery. Mitral valve prolapse can give sudden sharp pain but usually without chills. But the key to this is that it 'freaked you out'. I would do two things. Call your doctor and speak to the person on call. (its the weekend) let them ask you a few questions. If you have a fever or difficulty breathing you should get seen today.

Fever chills: Sharp pains are not usually heart pains. Probably you have a viral inf or uti. If you feel bad go to urgent care or see your dr asap.
