Bg = blood glucose??: Am not sure if that is what you mean by "bg" - this is not an acronym I am familiar with. But if that is what you mean, I am not aware of any association between marijuana and hypoglycemia. However, if your appetite is stimulated so that you have a food binge, and you are susceptible to reactive hypoglycemia, it might be the munchies causing low blood sugar rather than the marijuana itself.
