What do i do for painful leg "growing" pains in a child that is 7 years?

Check diet: Sounds strange? But I have seen this disappear in many kids by diet control and a few vitamin supplements. It is usually associated with behavioral issues because oxidative metabolism is compromised. Sugar in all its forms is the main culprit. It is called "growing pains" and it may well be true because growth and development require good nutrition.
