If you are saying: that reading about medical disorders makes you fear that you may have them then you are not alone. Consider limiting the time you read about such things, e.g., 15 minutes daily. Don't let it control you and don't run away from it. A clinical psychologist can help with anxiety and phobias. Peace and good health.
