Possibly: Light reflects off optically smooth surfaces. The normal cornea is optically smooth. Such a refraction is seen in almost all photographs which include the eyes and is generally a spot of light somewhere reflected off the cornea to the camera the location of which depends upon where the eyes are pointed. The cornea is not a mirror so we see a light spot and not an image.
