On ONE pill?: Highly unlikely, even if it's the first one you ever had. If this medication is new to you, you may be having an allergic reaction or other adverse drug response to it. If you had a LOT of other medications or alcohol on board, it could add to the toxicity, but even that is unlikely with a single hydrocodone 5 mg tablet, or the little bit of tylenol (acetaminophen) in it. However, get help for drug problem!
