Be careful: Everyone can react differently to pain meds. I always rec the lowest dosages possible. The most at one time would be 2. With your side effects, I might rec a 1/2 or just one pill every 6 hours if needed. You also should talk to the prescribing MD and see if there is another med option to reduce your side effects. Overdosing on a pain med also varies. The side effects you have may suggest too much
