See a physician: If you are getting depressed because of tinnitus please see a physician to get help resolving the issue. If it is unresolvable try meditation, biofeedback and exercise to reduce the stress.

Agree w Dr. Westin: Tinnitus can be very frustrating - especially if it is loud. Have you been evaluated by ENT and audiology? Recommend that.
