Why do you think so?: Most physicians believe the complaints of their patients and develop a plan to evaluate them properly. Sometimes we can't find cancer because there is none. Of course, we are not familiar with your case and can't say much more but if you think you are not being heard, please get a second opinion. I truly hope you don't have it.

Why do you ask?: I see that you are 37 years old. Truth is that nobody wants to hear about your health fears or workup until you have a definitive result. If your physician has any reason to think you have cancer, even in the dysfunctional US health care system you'll have an answer within two weeks. If you have a negative workup and are still talking about it, expect others to respond unfavorably.
