Lipoma?: If you mean lipoma, no. Lipomas are benign (noncancerous) tumors composed of fat. However, it is difficult to be sure a lump is a lipoma unless it has been removed or biopsied.

Lipoma?: Not sure what a "diploma" is however lipomas are very common and completely benign...Not cancer. Lipomas are simply fatty deposits that occur under the skin.
