Many things..: But you first need to determine the cause.. Is it dental, diet, gastrointestinal, sinus in nature ? You need to first have a dentist examine your teeth and gums for any cavities and periodontal disease. After those items are addressed, you can see a gastroenterologist in regards to acid reflux and your diet. Hope this info helps get your social life back on track...
