If you think : You are a sociopath, reach out to a therapist. Since this is a personality disorder, it is hard to treat, but a therapist will help clarify if the diagnosis is correct. If it is they will start by helping you work on the neurotic parts (those that bother you and helped you realize you need help).

Antisocial: The modern clinical term for sociopathy is antisocial personality disorder. The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson. Any licensed mental health professional can make this diagnosis.
