What do you advise if i want to check into a rehab center for emotional issues will this affect my job?

Probably not: Each job requirements vary, but mental,illness is recognized and should be addressed in your employee handbook. If you need inpatient help, it would seem you would be effective in your job role anyway. Speak w your counselor or psychiatrist to,discuss your goals,for wanting inpatient vs outpatient help. This may a work comp covered event if your job contributed to the problem.
