Do as many diverse: Chest muscle motions as you can. Start with push-ups then do straight presses with machine or free-weight. Then get the upper chest muscles with an inclined position. Finish with dumbbell flys to get the inner and outer pectorals. A good rule of thumb is 4 sets of 15 reps per exercise
