See your doctor: caffeine intoxication can be relatively mild, with anxiety, insomnia and maybe some tremor, or it can be severe with panic attacks, severe high blood pressure and pulse, and have cardiac consequences. You need to see a health professional for an assessment ASAP, and when the dust settles, you and they need to figure out why you are using excessive amounts of caffeine and how to stop.
