Probably not.: But, there is no standard Ayervedic cold cream so ingredients vary all over the place, plus there can be other substances in there that could affect your skin. It's unlikely to cause serious harm, but could be irritating or cause other negative effects. If it's working to clean your makeup etc. and you see no problems after a few weeks, it's probably fine.
