No: I'm sorry folks make up stuff like this. Perhaps this person thought your getting a particular tattoo was a bad idea. If you've wanted a particular "tat" for a few years and you've decided it's time, go for it. If you're under 30 and it's not the name of a family member, put it someplace inconspicuous. Best wishes.
