Did the : Cheilectomy not work? Options include an implant, fusing the big toe and metatarsal or a procedure like a keller bunionectomy where a piece of the base of the great toe is removed in order to create space where the bones won't grind on each other.

Did the cheilectomy : Work at all? If it did for a number of years you could consider another. If it did not work then your options include: 1) an osteotomy 2) a Keller bunionectomy 3) a fusion 4) an implant A foot surgeon should be able to detail the pros and cons of each procedure.
