Breast exam : Please see your MD for a breast exam, possible initiation of biennial mammograms, BRCA screening, and full history/exam. Good luck. Is there a rash? Discharge? Dimpling? If you have dry or irritated skin on the nipple protect it from friction and apply a small amount of bacitracin at night to let it heal.
