What to do if i have mild disc bulge between l2 and l3tension in abdomen signaling the disc getting worse?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Back pain: Abdominal tightness is not associated with lumbar radicular pain. The disc bulge between lumbar 2/3 causes pain to radiate from the back to the hip/buttocks and into the anterior thigh. Increasing pain, numbness, and weakness in the leg are signs of worsening nerve impingement. Often people have difficulty climbing stairs or rising from a seated position.
