What do you suggest if i have bad back acne, and face acne. how can i get rid of it?

Serious Rx: No over-the-counter or home remedy will be much help. Topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated, and phone your physician. A systemic antibiotic may clear you, or you may be a candidate for isotretinoin. If offered this, and you're brave enough, go for it. Acne's not curable but it will eventually remit -- until then, work hard to keep it under control.
