Of course!: Personality disorders are not diseases. They are styles of being in the world. They develop through our life as ways to deal with our environment. They often are faulty and yet they made sense as they developed. If you are courageous enough to try to change, you might make small step by step efforts. It really helps to have a therapist coach you and close folk support your efforts. Good luck!
