I'm pregnant, so will my lacking enough sleep hurt my unborn baby?

No: But it sure will hurt you! your unborn baby is a parasite and will take everything it needs from you ultimately leaving you the one missing out in the long run. You need to be heathy enough to take care of the many demands of a newborn too. An exhausted new mother will not be able to meet the challenge very well. Try really hard to get 8 hours of sleep each night and more if your body asks!
