Lump on gum: What could a lump on your gum be? Infection, exostosis, benign grown, cancerous grown, foreign body granuloma among many other things. Just guesses. See a local dentist to tell you exactly what it is and what the appropriate treatment, if any is. If it's and infection or serious growth if warrants immediate diagnosis and treatment.
