Lump: Lots of choices. My 1st choice would be a specialist Oral Surgeon. However good choices would also be your General dentist, specialist Oral Pathologist, General Physician, or specialist Otolaryngologist (ENT). The most important thing to remember is that any and all lumps should be quickly evaluated.

Gingival "Lump": The "lump" may be a draining abscess. Could be from a necrotic nerve in a non-vital tooth, it could be from a periodontal abscess. Start with a dental evaluation, and your dentist will either treat you or refer you to the appropriate specialist.
