Can't say: There are a lot of factors to take into consideration like other symptoms, duration of these symptoms any other physical findings etc. Also the whether the lesion is in mm vs cm will also make a difference in what the neurologist would recommend after obtaining your history and examining you. There is really no way to tell you what to expect. Hopefully it's not anything serious.
