What do you advise if i had my gallbladder removed and i started to have lower pain. are they related?

Talk to surgeon: Depending on when you had your cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal operation), the two may or may not be related. There are many causes of lower abdominal pain that aren't related to cholecystectomy at all. Your best bet is to talk to the surgeon and ask him/her about your pain.
