Need more info: This is hard to answer in this medium. This would need face to face full evaluation with copies of all the investigation results and decide weather the cause is due to pathological disease process vs natural process vs psychological. I think your doctor is best one to evaluate this and set a good chunk of time to evaluate all your results. Wishing you the best.
