Get medical: attention now. You need wound care. If you have not had a tetanus shot within the last 10 years or you don't know - you need an update. You also need psychiatric care for self - mutilation. Take care.

Dangerous: Tetanus, infections of viral and bacterial types are possible. Presuming these were yours? Reduces some few new infection possibilities. Do you have any current infections? hepatitis etc? Be seen quickly for evaluation and treatment. And mental health evaluation is in order.
