Blood thiners ?: Are you on blood thinners such as coumadin or plavix (clopidogrel)? Are you on nsaids? These medications can make you blood thinner and cause you to bruise easier.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Spontaneous bruising can occur it you have low platelet count, increased vascular fragility of coagulation defect.

More info needed: Easy bruising can be caused by some medications and by disorders of the body's blood clotiing mechanism. Suggest you see a doctor for evaluation.
