what to do if i'm worried and terrified about having diahrrea in school!?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Heidi Fowler
24 years experience Psychiatry
Is this based on: a health issue? Is this an irrational fear that becomes magnified when you think about it? If #1- have this health issue addressed. If #2- and this fear is effecting your quality of life - then consider some form of treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
