RLS?: You might be experiencing Restless Legs Syndrome, notorious for causing uncomfortable fidgety feelings in the legs (and possibly arms) but also causing disrupted sleep, sometimes severely so. There are some potential underlying causes for RLS which can be treated, but often there is no obvious cause. In this case there are medicines which can control the symptoms. Talk to your doctor.
