What to do about physical activity with hypoglycemia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Go for it!: Hi. What most people call "hypoglycemia" is not a disease and has nothing to do with blood sugar; it's akin to feeling hungry. If you're a diabetic on insulin or have an insulinoma, of course your hypoglycemia fear is real. If you're not in one of those categories, you can go for exercise to your heart's content (and you SHOULD!). Live healthy!
