A member asked:

How are children growing up in such a sterile environment here expected to build up a resistance to germs?

Diet and exercise: Just like cars. We need the right fuel (nutrition), a good spark plug (vitamins and minerals supplied by god-made food) and oxygen (that's why we breath). This is actually the only thing that you can do. Our diet is far too artificial and "couch potatoes" tend to relish it. Exercise is mandatory, especially growing up.

Sterile environment?: The common hygienic practices of today are far from producing a sterile environment. Kids mouth their fingers constantly during infancy and childhood and frequently touch environmental objects without washing. They share a room with other kids for day care or school and inhale the germs coughed into the air.Kids get 5-7 respiratory & 2 diarrhea illnesses/yr to the age of 5.Not a sterile life
