No: A d;c stands for dilation and curettage. The cervix is slowly dilated and then the lining is scraped out. This will not effect future fertility. If you are having trouble conceiving consider getting an ovulation testing kit to determine your prime fertility days and tell your partner no sex until you have ovulated. If you still trouble, you need to see your gyn and your spouse his urologist.
