Flu Shot is best: protection. To avoid catching the Flu – wash your hands often or use alcohol – based sanitizers. Wash hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Coughing or sneezing into elbow helps to contain germs. Avoid crowds of people.

Avoid Crowds: In the winter season, Flu is everywhere, especially among crowds. Wash your hands regularly. ( Of course we also recommend the vaccine!)
