An allergy clinic: Allergy is a general term encompassing several diseases and conditions. In general, when you mention allergy, I assume you have seasonal allergy/hay fever symptoms. A local allergist/immunologist can help you with your allergy diseases. Treatment would depend on which symptoms and conditions you have.

Depends: Question too broad. Certain allergies are quite treatable, and sometimes one would say 'curable'. Evidence shows allergy shots can effect dramatic relief when done correctly in the right situations: pollen, animals, dust mite allergy all have shown reliable responses to allergy shots. Skin allergies, as a rule, can not be 'gotten over'. Recently, though we have seen some success with foods.
