Learn and do: You can't eliminate stress while you are alive, and "good stress" drives us to achieve. If you are trapped in an abusive relationship, lack the skills you need to be successful at work and with people, or need to get out of or manage your present situation, get guidance and be ready to work hard. There's a place for in-your-mind exercises but these are secondary to doing life-work. Cheers.
