Breast Pain: It could be related to your menstrual cycle. If your cycle is irregular or heavy, talk to your doctor about the use of birth control pills to help regulate your hormones. In addition, some individuals are sensitive to caffine. So, decrease or eliminate use of it. It may take several months to decrease the pain. Also, taking vitamins such as E may be helpful or even a day or 2 of Tylenol/Advil.
