I cannot visualize -: that you have a Biceps contracted for that long. It might be that you have ruptured the tendon from one of its attachments and it is rolled on itself. If that's the case, then I don't believe you'll be able to get it to relax it. I feel you should see your local Orthopedist and get it evaluated/treated. Do let us know what happens, as I would be interested in knowing what was the real Diagnosis?
