Pedialyte ibuprofen: Pedialyte, ibuprofen, and antioxidants such as milk thistle help. An IV is really the best way, but not easy to get for most people. You need to deal with the oxidative stress, inflammation and dehydration. All 3 components are what make you feel so bad.
