Find the cause: There are literally hundreds of different causes of anemia. You need to work with your physician to find the underlying cause and address it. Any licensed physician can do an anemia workup. FInding and treating the cause of vertigo is more difficult; more physicians can do the maneuver to identify positional vertigo. Be proactive and insist on getting a real diagnosis for both.
