Exercise program: Muscles and body composition is partialy determined geneticly & lots of depends on our nutriiton and exercise. Best is to start slow and increase weight lifitng and work on all body parts as " circuit training'. Be consistent. some areas are more difficult to built musle. With age it is more difficult but more important to maintain exercise and felxibility as rouitne.Eat variety of natural food.
