It depends: There are several causes of foot cramps and the cause needs to be identified to treat it properly. Many muscular cramps are caused by dehydration and low potassium. But other can be caused by collapsed arches and/or poor foot and leg posture. I recommend you see a foot specialist for further evaluation.
